Finally myself Ive tried out to slice carbs but I get bad body odours, armpits starts stinking, whilst on zero fat high car diet, no body odour, even if i dont have a bathtub for a week. Whilst on low carb diet you can begin getting body odour withing a day. I wonder if anyone else facing such a prob. Also how can you describe such fenomena, do you consider bacteria on the skin thrive by some metabolites extreted by metabolising fats for energy. Or my body just incapable metabolise high levels of excess fat. BTW i havent used any deodorant in my life, so some of you may be masking you body odours and may even not be aware.
Although traditionally alcohol is not allowed, the author of this Paleo Diet & most other Paleo individuals allow a little amount of alcohol on an occasional basis. Although this may be acceptable for the overall population, this is not acceptable for people with Candida, adrenal tiredness, sugar habit, food cravings, insomnia, addiction of any kind, food sensitivities, alcoholism, hypoglycemia, insulin amount of resistance, type 2 diabetes, hyperinsulinism, stress and anxiety disorders, depression and hormonal imbalances. Advice & Tips: The one difference between the Paleo-diet and the Swank-diet I have been on for just two years is the excess elimination of most dairy, legumes, and grains. Within a week on the Paleo-diet, I have become more emotionally acute & most inflammation on the right area of my body has ceased. Within 3 weeks on the Paleo-diet, the ceased inflammation has been little by little replaced by soreness on the right aspect of my body.
